Customer Service/Membership Clerk Job Purpose: Provide a pleasant and professional atmosphere upon entrants of members, parents, and community partners. Also, maintain accurate records for the members.

Job Duties:

• To manage membership files, Vision (MTS) database, and management of payments
• To answer phones, clock members in and out
• Monitor membership files for upcoming audits
• Greet patrons
• Make sure all forms are available for members’ parents and community patrons

(ex. Flyers, employment, volunteer, membership applications, etc.)

• Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities:

• Reminders/calendars are to be handed directly to parents/guardians
• Must track members who have paid monthly supply fees and report directly to program director/supervisor
• Make copy of all discipline forms before giving to parents/guardians
• Always copy program director/supervisor on all memos or notices that is emailed to parents
• Remind parents/guardians that cash or money orders are accepted as payment
• Program Director/supervisor must count and sign off on all monies received at the end of day
