We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Waterbury, Connecticut. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data entry tasks, handling customer service requests, and providing support to the facilities department. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities- Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring the correct input of archives management program items.
- Distribute outgoing and interoffice mail promptly and accurately.
- Conduct daily inspections of branches as required.
- Support the facilities department as needed, which may include tracking, locating and/or filing archive management storage boxes.
- Ensure all activities within assigned functional area of responsibility comply with State and Federal regulations.
- Utilize a variety of software tools including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to perform tasks.
- Use 10 Key skills for data entry and calculations.
- Respond to email correspondence promptly and professionally.
- Organize files and perform scanning tasks as necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
