Job Description
Day-to-Day Work:- Break-fix repair of industry-standard enterprise-level servers, blades, storage, and networking equipment.
- Working with various teams in the data center environment to schedule service outages, repairs, validations, inventory control and the associated paperwork.
- Interact in a professional manner with onsite customer personnel and the local Client team.
- Background in Hardware Server and /or Storage repairs, Data center experience as plus
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive Attitude and mechanical aptitude to assist in troubleshooting complex.
- Specific Server and Storage training will be provided
- Learn and retain proprietary processes.
