The Solution Architecture team translates technical business needs into practical IS&T solutions while establishing rules and instructions for proper implementation and delivery. They do this by considering all external factors that could have an impact on the development and delivery process. Our goal is to mitigate delivery risk by developing a consensus across the organization of what is being delivered and how. We are a support system that provides structure and reduces the scope of complexity when developing and rolling out new systems and applications.

Maps out a solution to business objectives with the help of a business capability map to visualize how it can impact business outcomes.
Information architecture
Assess how a user interface is structured. To facilitate usability through accessibility, navigation, intuitive, and customer centric design.
Information security architecture
Ensure that the solution fits into existing information security practices.
Application architecture
Create a map of all applications (usually in a layered structure) and how they interact with each other within the scope of a developing solution or solution set.
System and Technology architecture
Consult with the technical and enterprise architects to ensure the structural design of the IT infrastructure, integration, and application design support the proposed solution.
