Experience and Qualifications:

Required Education and Years of Experience:

• Bachelor's degree and 9 years of relevant experience.
• Masters Degree and 5 years of experience.
• Additional experience is accepted in lieu of a degree

Required Qualifications:

• TS/SCI with Poly clearance active
• Ability to engage Senior Government Leadership and Stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high visibility environment.
• Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation.
• Proficient in tactical and operational planning across various intelligence disciplines.
• Comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative team setup.
• Experience utilizing intelligence production expertise for data and knowledge integration.
• Analytical and troubleshooting prowess.
• Senior-level experience in supporting All Source Analysis in Defense or Intelligence communities.
• Proven ability to adapt analytical procedures to evolving requirements.
• Knowledge of the Defense All-Source Analysis Enterprise structure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Excel).
• Familiarity with Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) impacting all-source intelligence analysis.
• Thorough understanding of the Intelligence Cycle.
• Working knowledge of MIDB, SOM, RKS, FADE or similar.
• Familiarity with Object Based Production concepts.
• Background in data science is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence is a plus

Summary Pay Range:
