    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success and Development Manager at myAnalyst located in Myrtle Beach, SC. The Customer Success and Development Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and retaining customers. The role involves building strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Additionally, the role includes developing and executing strategies to enhance customer engagement, onboarding new clients, and working closely with the sales and product teams to ensure customers derive maximum value from our solutions.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact
    • Proactively monitor customer health and satisfaction, addressing issues promptly to ensure high retention rates
    • Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and effective implementation of our solutions
    • Provide training and support to customers, helping them fully utilize our products and features
    • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service improvements
    • Work closely with the product team to advocate for customer needs and influence product development
    • Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive usage of our solutions
    • Create and deliver customer success reports and presentations to stakeholders

    Qualifications:

    • Strong customer satisfaction, customer retention, and customer service skills
    • Analytical skills to understand customer needs and identify areas for improvement
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels
    • Experience in a customer success, account management, or similar role, preferably in a technology or SaaS company
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering
    • Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results
    • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
