    As a Partner Success Director, you will be a trusted leader, driving a cross-functional, unified pilot/partner experience to transform startups' growth through lead generation and qualification marketing efforts. Upon joining our Success team, you will be critical in building a team to deliver Pilot/Partner success by enabling startups to rapidly and successfully onboard, adapt, and realize business value from our proprietary WinDifferent lead generation platform.


    In the Customer Success Director role, you will lead a team to interact daily with Pilot & Partner customers helping them to see the value, onboard, and troubleshoot issues. Your team will lead the joint development of Success Plans with each customer to align their objectives and expectations and agree to monitor progress. Working with the team, you must foresee and troubleshoot challenges with the startup's sales journey. You'll need to provide insight, best practices, aid in sales lead qualification, and sales playbooks with a player-coach mindset.

    What You'll Do:

    The activities you will perform are all aligned with the purpose of helping our customers achieve their desired business outcomes through leveraging our lead generation platform.
    You will lead a team to orchestrate the adoption and consumption of our products and services. After you have the customer on the right path, learn their products, services, target market, who their customer is today, and where they want to take the business tomorrow. That will allow the team to advise internally on building a marketing campaign. As you and your team expand our offering, you will proactively look for best practices to share and sales playbooks to enhance and maximize the value of our product offering.

    The Partner Success Director will lead a team of Partner Success Managers and Associates.

    Here's what we are looking for:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Preferred Master's Degree.
    • 10 years of relevant customer/partner success, business consulting, professional services, or sales experience or a combination of education and work experience with demonstrated success in Partner Success and leadership.
    • 7 years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills.
    • Strong influencing skills and ability to build lasting relationships across multiple layers of the organization.
    • Ability to demonstrate experience managing complex Partner problems in a fast-growing, dynamic environment supporting executive leaders.
    • Definable experience influencing change management, problem resolution, and coherently communicating complex ideas to cross-function groups in a scaling environment.
    • Demonstrated people leadership and skill development required to foster team development, hiring, and emphasis on continuous improvement.
    • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration to drive high performance, achieve milestones, and value commitments across customers/partners.
    • Legally authorized to work in the US.
