Customer Service Team Leader jobs in Colorado

Customer Service Team Leader leads a customer service team that responds to phone, e-mail, or chat non-technical service requests from customers. Responds to and resolves escalated issues and/or unique or complex requests from customers. Being a Customer Service Team Leader monitors the daily workloads of team members and makes adjustments to ensure adequate coverage and that correct procedures are followed. Identifies system and workflow improvements to enhance the team's efficiency. Additionally, Customer Service Team Leader trains and provides support to less experienced team members. May assist manager or supervisor with scheduling. May be authorized to approve special adjustments or exceptions for a customer. May require a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor.     HOURS – From 38 to 40 hours per week (HL4)

    SHIFTS – Fully open work schedule availability including evenings and weekends required; Operations generally range between the window of 8am to 10pm; Work schedules are published one month in advance

    PAY – The starting rates/salary for this position range from $26.44 to $37.75 and will be based on equivalent work experience

    POSTING – The anticipated closing date is on or around 06/07/24

    • Building emotional connections through meaningful and empathetic interactions with customers; setting the example and coaching others on how to do the same.
    • Proactively collaborating with other functions to identify the root causes of customer issues.
    • Ensuring the Customer Care team and Recovery team are collaborating on speedy and accurate logging of customer issues, returns and recall processing.
    • Leading and contributing to store meetings and forums.
    • Building and maintaining a Customer Care team and ensuring they have the tools to succeed and progress in their IKEA careers.
