Develops targeted product offerings or marketing campaigns based on customer profiles. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Customer Segment Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Customer Segment Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Customer Segment Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     What You Will Be Doing:

    The Campaign/Segment Marketing manager will report into Arrow's corporate marketing department and provide support to the global component supplier marketing team through the execution and management of strategic verticals.


    • Create and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive collaboration between Arrow vertical markets.
    • Manage digital marketing activities including webinars, webpages, and social media.
    • Collaborate with Digital and Arrow Studio to implement and execute campaigns.
    • Promote new product introductions (NPI).
    • Content creation around critical applications associated within strategic vertical markets.
    • Provide technical project management support to key internal stakeholders, with a focus on leveraging data to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness.
    • Apply and leverage marketing tools and champion marketing automation initiatives.
    • Encompass Arrow's corporate branding as a global technology enabler in the creation and management of campaigns.

    What we are looking for:


    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
    • A minimum of 8 years of related marketing experience, specifically successful campaign management.
    • Experience with marketing automation software and tools.
    • Prior success developing and executing brand campaigns across the full mix of marketing and communication channels.
    • Excellent technical writing skills.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Technology savvy with the ability to learn new applications quickly.
    • Advance proficiency with Microsoft Office - particularly Excel.
    • Prior experience creating content and campaigns for electronics manufacturers strongly preferred.

    Work Arrangement:


    • Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

    Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

    $99,100.00 - $145,684.00

    Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer. Internal candidates who have current pay within or above the hiring range are still encouraged to apply if interested.
