This position is responsible for managing Customer Service Representatives, Inside Sales, & Lubricant and Packaged Product customer accounts. The position is responsible for managing customer accounts and maintaining elevated levels of customer service/satisfaction, profitability and when necessary, account-related functions such as collections etc. This position is responsible for the continued growth of all inside sales and customer service growth in sales, education, and responsibilities. The position is required to communicate & handle issues between inside sales, logistics, accounting, outside sales, & upper management professionally.
