Customer Insights Analyst analyzes customer and consumer data and research to identify trends, key indicators, patterns, and insights. Assists in developing and conducting focus groups, surveys, competitor intelligence studies, and industry research to support product development, category/brand management and marketing or sales initiatives. Being a Customer Insights Analyst uses market research and statistical methodologies and tools to perform analysis. Performs data collection, input, and aggregation processes to develop and maintain research databases. Additionally, Customer Insights Analyst requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Customer Insights Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Core Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Marketing campaigns to current customers.
    • Market analysis to maximize opportunities.
    • Target customer lists.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Creates and manages tools & techniques to effectively profile customers and identify marketing opportunities.
    • Focuses efforts to increase sales and loyalty of existing customers.
    • Design and deliver action campaigns to existing customers using a variety of applicable mediums.
      • Develop/execute programs based on specific office and/or region needs.
      • Measure/analyze/provide recommendations on efforts and results.
      • Verify and utilize approved services offered in respective markets to ensure assistance in growth and awareness of appropriate services.
      • Capitalize on share-of-wallet growth, multi-service use and customer lifetime value.
    • Develops/manages customer referral and retention/appreciation programs.
    • Develops/manages processes and procedures to maximize data quality for customer insight.
    • Develops & analyzes marketing metrics to identify cause/effect relationships between financial outcomes and marketing actions (ROI of activities)
    • Applies traditional and advanced analytical tactics to conduct in-depth analysis of different marketing efforts and dynamics.
    • Conducts consumer research via online surveys, focus groups, etc. and reports on findings/makes recommendations on opportunities/develops & executes programs accordingly.
    • Considerable/continuous communications with leadership and communications department for determining areas of opportunities, program development, results analysis.
    • Coordinates with Marketing Director, Digital Marketing Manager, and graphic design team to ensure that appropriate messaging, mediums, and offers are used and that creative meets need of campaign and company brand.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed above and below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing or sales.
    • AS or BS degree is business, marketing, or another related field.
    • Proficient at CRM use and customer segmentation development.
    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
    • Strong program development and management skills.
    • Understands customer segmentation.
    • Excellent communication and team building skills (internal and cross-department).
    • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite; expert in Excel.

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Proficiency in Service Titan.
    • Experience in the Home Services Industry.
    • Website editing experience.
    • Experience with email builders such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, or Klaviyo
    • Experience in direct mail audience segmentation, A/B testing and analyzation.
    • Experience in vendor management/supervision.
