CRM Integration Specialist is responsible for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system integration. Ensures all functions of CRM system effectively work with all other applications and operating systems. Being a CRM Integration Specialist requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The CRM Integration Specialist supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. JOB SUMMARY :
The Department of Energy (DOE) conducts a variety of missions that are crucial to our national defense and, consequently, is responsible for providing protection to some of the nation's most critical high consequence assets and activities from theft, diversion, terrorist attack, sabotage, espionage, unauthorized access, compromise, and other acts that may have an adverse impact on national security or the environment, or that pose significant danger to the health and safety of its Federal and contractor employees or the public.
This position will report to the Safeguards and Security, Program Management & Analysis department and will support the Performance testing organization to ensure interests are protected at appropriate levels.
This position will also assist in ensuring that programs are in compliance with DOE directives, contracts, and other applicable requirements.

Basic Qualifications
Must be able to obtain and maintain a "Q" Clearance. Any offer of employment is contingent on the applicant passing a background investigation.
As part of the investigation, Federal investigators will examine many aspects of the applicant's past including : financial and criminal histories, mental and emotional health, education and travel, drug and alcohol usage, personal and organizational relationships, as well as other aspects of the applicant's background.
