Job Summary: As an Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's success. You will provide analytical and project management support. This is a critical cross-functional role where you will leverage data to drive measurement, accountability, and operational excellence initiatives throughout the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage data for the Operational Excellence initiative
• Collaborate with operational leaders to identify improvement opportunities
• Liaise with IT and development departments to enhance systematic data capture and reporting initiatives
• Support operations and finance teams with volume-based analytics
• Support Operations through various Project Management initiatives
• Partner directly with the CFO to ensure consistency of data/information across the organization
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Expert proficiency in Excel and other advanced analytical tools
• SQL experience highly preferred, or willingness to learn
• Excellent analytical skills with a passion for continuous improvement
• Self-starter with strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate when appropriate
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Degree in finance, accounting, data analytics, or related analytical field
• Experience with project management and financial analysis is strongly preferred
