RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage gift card production across Inspire Brands gift card channels, leveraging scale and print cycles to maximize pricing and process efficiencies while overseeing production vendor relationships
Manage gift card inventory and fulfillment to support each brand’s in-store and online gift card programs while minimizing fulfillment costs
Manage the B2C and B2B online gift card assets across brands, working closely with the Gift Card Channel Managers and leveraging Gift Solutions Enhanced Merchant Portal
Manage online B2B account registration and approvals; including internal bulk order processes
Stay attuned to gift card legislation, working with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on POP impacts, communication to the field, and/or technology changes required for compliance
Contribute to Inspire Brands Digital Fraud Task Force to mitigate gift card fraud while leveraging fraud mitigation features offered by vendor partners
Identify opportunities for process improvements and technology applications that lead to a best-in-class guest experience with gift cards, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Provide required gift card documentation and reconciliation to Accounting Team
Assemble monthly gift card reporting with a high degree of accuracy
Serve as an escalation point for gift card customer service issues if required
Support special projects related to gift card operations such as new product launches and technology updates
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors/Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2-4 years direct experience in the gift card prepaid services industry
Proven track record of project management and organizational skills
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OR ABILITIES
Strong knowledge of overall gift card industry, including trends and legislation
Proven performer in a cross-functional role that requires continual multi-tasking, pivoting and reprioritizing
Thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment and successfully navigates within a shared services delivery model
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to forge relationships and work successfully with business and technical teams and external vendors
