Position Summary :
We are currently looking for a Card Service Representative to join our team in providing extraordinary service to our membership, community and to the team.
The highest performance expectation of a Card Service Representative (CSR) is to serve the member. The functional objective of a CSR is to provide support to the membership and the front-line member service teams for Cardholder debit and ATM transactions.
Responsibilities :
The status of the cards is verified and new cards are reissued when necessary. Calls are made by IT auto-dialer if twenty-six or more cards are affected.
Twenty-five and under, calls are made by Card Services team.
Fiserv DNA :
Be knowledgeable of when card services warning flags should be assigned or removed against a members account and at which level they should assigned.
Add / Update / Remove member notes in DNA. Be knowledgeable of which sub-class should be assigned and inactive date if necessary.
Also, have an understanding of the different levels member notes may be added on account and at which level.
Reversal of fees completed by occurrence and not lump sum
