Our client is a respected manufacturer in the electronics industry, known for their innovative products and commitment to excellence. They're experiencing significant growth and are looking for a seasoned leader to manage their credit and collections function. As Director of Credit & Collections, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the credit and collections process, ensuring timely payments and minimizing delinquencies. You'll lead a team of collectors, develop and implement effective collection strategies and work closely with other departments to maintain strong customer relationships.

Director of Credit & Collections Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all aspects of the credit & collections function, ensuring timely payments from customers
• Developing and implementing effective collections strategies to maximize cash flow
• Leading and mentoring a team of credit analysts and collectors
• Partnering with sales, marketing and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience. Identifying and mitigating credit risks

Director of Credit & Collections Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in commercial collections, ideally within the manufacturing industry
• A strong track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve performance goals
• In-depth knowledge of credit and collections best practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Data-driven and analytical approach
• The ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
