    What You'll Contribute

    The Manager, Business Analysis will join the Communication Strategy team and be responsible for our business analysis efforts to optimize customer communications. This role will be responsible for developing communication strategies for letters, emails, text messages and other digital communications sent to customers. The manager will be responsible for driving data-driven insights, and supporting decision-making processes across the organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders, analyze complex data sets, and provide valuable recommendations to optimize business operations and drive growth.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for analysis and improvement.
    • Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to uncover insights, trends, and patterns.
    • Develop and present actionable recommendations and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
    • Ensure the adherence to business analysis methodologies, best practices, and standards across projects.
    • Provide subject matter expertise in business analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies.
    • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
    • Conduct market and industry research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

    What You Have

    Minimum education, skills and experience required.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop data-driven strategies.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing projects.
    • Experience in market and industry research.
    • Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, including statistical analysis and data visualization.
    • Experience with data management and data governance.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

    Preferred Education, Skills, And Experience.

    • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, or related field.
    • 5 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
