Our retail client is looking for a Creative Project Manager with 2 years' expeirence to jump in and support two other Project Managers and a Production Manager with workflow and admin. Experience with Trello or similar tool required, and any SAP experience is a huge plus. Ideally looking for industry experience in retail, home furnishings or fashion.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the project management team to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure project objectives are met.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
* Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and escalate any issues as necessary.
* Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
* Oversee product photography projects, including coordinating photo shoots, managing schedules, and ensuring high-quality images are delivered on time.
* Manage web maintenance tasks, including updating content, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with developers for enhancements and fixes.
Requirements:
* Availability between 9-5 EST Monday to Friday for meetings is essential.
* Occasional on-site work is not required, though offers additional learning and growth opportunities.
* Minimum commitment of at least 20 hours per week, with potential for additional hours during onboarding and training.
* Must provide own computer, even if working on-site.
* Previous experience working with retail brands is required.
