Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Counter Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers at our establishment by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling transactions.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and direct them to their tables
- Present menus and answer questions about menu items
- Take customer orders accurately and relay to kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Process payments using cash registers or electronic systems
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and workstations
- Upsell additional products when appropriate

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant setting
- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions
- Knowledge of sanitation standards in a food service environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
