    The following position is to join our RTX Corporate Team:

    What You Will Do

    • Serve as the dedicated Ethics and Compliance Officer for the Enterprise Services business (4,300 employee organization).
    • Partner with the RTX Corporate Global Ethics & Compliance function and the Enterprise Services leadership team to develop the Ethics & Compliance Strategy for Enterprise Services, including the operating model and day-to-day support structure to meet the needs of the business.
    • Serve as the point of contact for key compliance functions such as Global Trade Compliance and EH&S, helping drive awareness and compliance of relevant policies.
    • Primary resource on the RTX Code of Conduct and other corporate policies.
    • Lead the Ethics & Compliance (E&C) training and education management for all Enterprise Services employees.
    • Be responsible for oversight of all Enterprise Services investigations of alleged violations of the Code of Conduct.
    • Ensure that no employee suffers retaliation as a result of reporting, in good faith, of a violation or suspected violation of law, policy or standards.
    • Be an active leader in the review process for corrective and disciplinary actions for Code violations, in consultation and coordination with the Human Resources Department, the Legal Department, and others in management.
    • Analyze trends and recommend corrective actions.
    • Ensure all allegations are recorded in the RTX case management system.
    • Promote awareness of and guidance on the RTX Code and policies.
    • Educate and support management in being visible and vocal about the importance of E&C.
    • Travel minimally, if needed.

    Qualifications You Must Have

    • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience.
    • Minimum 6 years of experience working with Ethics and Compliance, to include handling code violations, and enforcing company policies and standards.

    This role is also eligible for the Re-Empower Program.     Minimum Program Qualifications

    To qualify for the RTX Re-Empower Program, candidates should:

    The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

    Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

    Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

    This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
