Our client is looking for a Copywriter and Editor to work remote, about 30-40 hours per week, supporting their team with the development and execution of content for major Corporate Communications initiatives.
The Copywriter must have a portfolio showcasing exceptional writing and proofreading skills , understanding of AP style writing, and an ability to create dynamic content including scripts and social media content.
Copywriter Responsibilities- Write, edit and proofread content for Corporate Communications initiatives.
- Support the timely development of multichannel content including social media, web content, video scripts, and more.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather accurate content and circulate completed work for feedback and approvals, providing edits and updates within specified timelines.
- Research and interview subject matter experts as necessary to produce accurate content.
- Deliver high-quality and error-free content within specified timelines.
- Minimum 5 years of writing and editing experience, preferably within the financial services, securities, or similar industry experience.
- Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills; AP style required.
- Strong project management and communication skills to support the ongoing demand of high-quality work within specified timelines.
- Portfolio showcasing dynamic multichannel content including video scripts, web content, social and more.
