We are seeking an experienced and career-minded professional to join us. Ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping and communication skills. Successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting processes, maintenance of financial records, and management of office operations.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Process payroll and manage employee records
• Maintain up-to-date project costs for all open jobs
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare financial statements and reports for parent company executive team
• Some administration/office reception if teammates are out

Qualifications and Skills

• Accounting degree required
• A smart self-starter with a "can-do" attitude
• Upbeat and professional demeanor
• Strong organizational ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• 2 years’ accounting experience
