Essential Functions:

Contracts Administrator will work closely with other Contracts and company team members to facilitate the administration of multiple commercial and government contracts

Support function will include reviewing company contract negotiations, obligations, and implementation, by direction of the Contract Manager
Duties and Responsibilities include:

Review documentation related to commercial and government contracts to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines

Develop and maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers as needed to ensure successful contract execution

Review and preparation of Non-Disclosure Agreements, Referral Partner Agreements, Vendor and Teaming Agreements
-
Review of statements of work and associated contract terms
-
Preparation of contract-related deliverables
-
Tracking of contractual requirements and coordination of requirement completion when inter-departmental coordination

Contract set up and maintenance in company system(s)

Maintain accurate and complete records

Participate in special projects or initiatives for contracts as required
Required Job Specifications
-
Bachelor's degree, or applicable work experience, in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Mergers and Acquisitions, or a related course of study

3-5 years of experience of contract administration
-
Demonstrated business administration ability
Optional/Desired Qualifications
-
Knowledge and/or certification on information audits such as ISO 27001:2013

Experience with full lifecycle management of commercial contracts

Experience with IT services contracts and/or products

GSA Schedule administration
-
Proactive, problem-solving attitude and strong work ethic

Superior communication skills

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Work Conditions
Work is typically performed in an office environment. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. The person in this position will often move about inside the office to escort visitors, deliver packages to addressee, etc. Occasionally operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine, and computer printer. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time. The person in this position frequently communicates with employees and clients.
