Responsibilities: Review, draft, redline, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including project contracts, supply contracts, leases, customer service contracts, and RFPs to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Routinely work with Project Managers to review, negotiate, and finalize project related contracts, including review and compliance with labor, insurance, and bond requirements. Collaborate with internal departments, including legal, sales, operations, and finance teams to facilitate the contract approval process and ensure fulfillment of contract requirements. Maintain accurate and organized contract records, tracking key dates and milestones. Address contract-related queries and concerns from both internal and external parties. Participate in project related issues and contract dispute resolution to provide legal support as needed. Update and manage the contract database, which is used to track and analyze active contract and upcoming expiration. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience: You have completed a degree in Paralegal Studies or higher (required); You have experience within a law firm or in-house legal department (required); You have 2-5 years of experience in a legal support role with experience in contract management and negotiation processes, construction industry experience is a plus; You are meticulous with exceptional organizational and time management skills; You have strong written communication skills; You are client focused and have excellent interpersonal skills; You are a team player but fully capable of working independently; You are capable of working well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment, and ensure deadlines are met; You are flexible and adaptable to new and changing environments; You are comfortable independently negotiating contracts with external parties; You are proficient with Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF, and; Bilingual with strong English written and verbal skills in order to carry out activities with our US clients.
