Contracts Administration Supervisor, a level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. Being a Contracts Administration Supervisor may directly handle high profile Corporate National Accounts and other key customer contracts. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Contracts Administration Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members.     Responsibilities

    • Contract Review: Analyze contract terms and conditions and prepare concise briefs to assist Program Managers and stakeholders in contract administration.
    • Contract Creation: Support the creation of new contracts using our templates for nondisclosure agreements (NDAs), teaming agreements (TAs), subcontracts, and consulting agreements.
    • Audit and Filing: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of contract records through meticulous auditing and filing.

    Qualifications

    Education :

    • Education: High School Degree (current students or recent graduates preferred)
