  • Job Description: General Function / Summary: The Supervisor, Contact Center Operations supervises frontline representatives within various areas of the contact center. This role facilitates workflows, monitors productivity, and ensures associates are compliant with company policy and procedures. Essential Duties: Supervise daily activities of assigned team. Monitor calls for quality assistance. Coach and develop and provide ongoing training and support to associates. Provide weekly performance updates to each associate. Handle escalations and collaborate with other department to solve customer issues. Collaborate with cross functional partners to ensure department policies and procedures follow regulatory guidelines and function appropriately and recommend improvements. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve calls of an escalated nature through expertise of internal systems, processes, and usage of customer service call courtesies and soft skills. Execute people leader duties, such as timecard approvals, performance management, and ensuring timely completion of required training, to ensure compliance and associate career growth objectives are met. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Education and Experience Required: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Prior management of business operations in a collection or contact center environment  Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills  Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks and collaborate within all areas of the organization Ability and willingness to consistently live and embrace our core values of accountable, inclusive, transparent, and focused Physical Demands: Typical office environment Extended viewing of computer screens   Extended typing   Travel: N/A   Supervisory Functions: Yes All the above duties and responsibilities are essential job functions.
