Consumer Loan Collector jobs in Tennessee
Consumer Loan Collector contacts customers who are delinquent in the repayment of their loans and obtains payments, commitment agreements or establishes a repayment plan. Follows set policies and procedures when determining suitable collection solution. Being a Consumer Loan Collector requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Consumer Loan Collector may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. - Taking and Processing small consumer loan applications
- Making collection calls to past due and delinquent customers
- Calling former borrowers to re-open their accounts
- Taking payments from customers over the phone and in the office
- Processing loans
- Filing customer account related documents
- Assisting manager with verifying employment and residence
- Assisting manager with mail campaignsJob Type: Full-time
Compensation: Starting pay is $10.50/Hour
Benefits: Health, dental and life insurance. Paid time off after one year.
Hours
Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:30pm (30 minutes for lunch)
Some Saturday hours might be requested, however you will get a half day during the week if so.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $10.50 per hour - we pay for experience in our industry!
