Consumer Lending Branch Auditor reviews the consumer loan materials and data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company guidelines and policies as well as state and/or federal statutes within one branch. Makes recommendation to improve procedures and other improper documentations accordingly. Being a Consumer Lending Branch Auditor may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty or in a related area. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a Consumer Lending Branch Auditor typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Service Credit Union is seeking a Contact Center Lending Specialist who will be responsible for working with members through the loan application process as well as closing and funding the loan.
Pay: Starting at $22.33 per hour. Flexible based on experience.
Hours: Monday-Friday 11:30am-8:00pm with rotating Saturdays

- Review any new loan application via phone or web application.
- Perform routine follow up with loan applicants to complete the loan process.
- Identify and discuss cross sell opportunities during the loan application process.
- Review and upload supporting loan documentation to loan processing system.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the loan applicant throughout the application process.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Proven success identifying and cross selling opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Good organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task.
- Ability to recognize and resolve member issues promptly, using courtesy and tact.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
