Enrique Mata Sr. Drywall is a family owned business in El Paso Texas. We specialize in residential and commercial drywall, paint and stucco. We offer a large workforce with a combined management experience of over 200 years. We have a solid track record when it comes to competitive, timely and accurate proposals, as well as our commitment to schedules and budgets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organize the workflow and identify any staffing needs for the project.
Supervise the project identified and ensure project completion is done accordingly to identified plan.
Ensure quality control of project supervised.
Responsible for managing employees duties and the employees understanding of their duties.
Manage all labor hours and responsible for reporting all labor hours correctly for weekly payroll.
Responsible for the preparation and submission of job performance reports to Sr. Management.
Attend safety performance classes and ensure projects are followed in accordance to safety guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management (multi-family drywall and paint) and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Educational level : High School or Technical Training
Bilingual in English and Spanish (read and write)
Experience in multi-family construction supervision for 4 years
Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
Exposed to outside weather conditions ( heat, cold, rain and wind)
Pull,push and lift weight 40 lbs
