We are looking for another great addition to the Exact Construction and Restoration team to assist with servicing our customers as a Customer Experience Representative. You will work directly with our customers, ensuring they have a Five Star experience and providing administrative support for their projects!

Objectives:

• Provide remarkable Customer Service via phone, texts, emails, and sometimes interpersonally
• Assisting customers to pay their invoices and assisting with timely payment to our vendors
• Assist with general office admin tasks and duties under the direction of our Office Manager
• Data entry and documentation review

• Strong communication skills, written, in person, and over the phone

• Proficient in using a computer and basic technology

• Able to sit for 8-hour work shifts

Experience:

• Must have Customer Service experience
• Must have Office Experience
• General office administration
• Must pass a background check
• Hours are 7:00 am - 4:00 pm in the office - Overtime as needed / upon request
• Restoration/Construction (Preferred )
• Restoration Industry Experience ( Preferred)

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
