Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Forman to join our team. The Forman will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise construction projects from beginning to end
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors
- Interpret and review project blueprints
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Estimate construction costs and prepare budgets
- Utilize software such as Bluebeam, Primavera, Prolog, and HeavyBid for project management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in construction management
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and construction estimating
- Familiarity with project management software like Bluebeam, Primavera, Prolog, and HeavyBid
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of quality control processes in construction
