Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Manage and schedule subcontractors and construction workers
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Communicate project status to stakeholders
- Maintain a safe work environment

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and best practices
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera, or Prolog
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
