The hourly pay for this position will be between $30-40/Hour based on experience and qualifications. Local Candidates Preferred. You must apply through out link:. 

As a Foreman for our Civil District you will contribute to our team by:

• Piping knowledge for installing above ground to underground pipe work
• Mechanical installation
• Layout for Tank and mechanical installation
• Knowledge in reading and understanding drawings with little help
• Knowledge in shooting elevations
• Basic operating machinery experience
• Daily work planning skills

What you will bring to the role:

• 2-5 years of experience as a Foreman and leading crews
• Positive attitude and desire to continuously improve skills while teaching others
• Must be able to clearly communicate before a group with confidence.
• Familiar with field concepts, practices and procedures
• First Aid, CPR and OSHA 30 training preferred. Safe use of Hand & Power tools.

• Occasionally climbs up and down ladders, scaffolding, and stairs. Must be able to work in extreme temperatures, in confined spaces, high places, and under pressure.

• Water and wastewater experience. 

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
