We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating commercial construction projects from inception through completion. The Project Coordinator will manage the day-to-day activities of a project including change orders, procurement, submittal of shop drawings, and documentation. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and motivated to join a growing company.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day activities of a commercial construction project.
- Coordinate change orders, procurement of materials, and submittal of shop drawings.
- Monitor and follow up on sub-contractor and vendor activities.
- Ensure timely completion of projects by monitoring and tracking progress.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Provide regular updates to project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Ensure projects are completed in accordance with Procore policies and procedures.
- Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in commercial construction project coordination.
- Knowledge of Procore is preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
