Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete finishing and related construction tasks.

Duties:

- Perform concrete finishing tasks such as smoothing, leveling, and finishing freshly poured concrete
- Use hand tools and power tools to shape and finish concrete surfaces
- Apply curing and sealing compounds to protect finished surfaces
- Repair, resurface, and replace damaged concrete as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in concrete finishing or related construction work
- Knowledge of various concrete types, finishes, and curing methods
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in concrete work
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

Skills:

- Roof construction experience
- Commercial driving skills
- Tile laying expertise
- Ability to build structures using concrete
- Knowledge of hardscape design and installation
- Proficiency in trim carpentry for finishing touches
- Experience operating a concrete mixer
- Familiarity with metal stud framing techniques
- Welding skills for metalwork projects
