International Sound Corporation is seeking local qualified applicants in the Cumberland, Maine area for a Computer Operator position to operate an Television Broadcast equipment. Applicants should possess experience with the operation of a Character Generator, a Computer Workstation, and Digital Video Recorders to work in a live television production environment. This position is seasonal with Spring/Summer racing from April 12th through August 3rd and a Winter racing season from November 9th through December 22nd. This position is part time with work days on Friday's and Saturday's from 2:00 PM until 7:30 PM. Sunday's are added to the schedule in the month of December. Work shifts for all on the Winter schedule days will be 10:00 AM until 3:30 PM.
Training will be offered for the position, and the starting daily wage is $90.00 per work day. The candidate must be available to work for all live racing dates and times as listed above. The candidate must have reliable transportation and obtain an occupational license with the Maine Racing Commission at the raceway.
