Summary:
Under the direction of the Terminal Manager, Dispatchers shall be skilled in the use of the site specific dispatch system, Fuels Manager Defense (FMD) Dispatch Module and Business System Management-Enterprise (BSM-E)/Enterprise Business system (EBS). Those skills shall include the use of the real time dispatch system, the manipulation data within the Fuels Manager system and related fuel management modules and status boards system. The dispatcher shall have the capability to analyze hardware / software related problems to maintain accurate input flow, data retrieval, and output validity. In addition, dispatcher shall be knowledgeable in standard use of radio communications, instructions / regulations pertaining to fueling and defueling of government and civilian aircraft, and government forms used to document aircraft fuel servicing.

They must demonstrate familiarity with the layout of the base and outlying fields as well as the airfield and aircraft parking areas and restriction applicable to servicing aircraft within those areas.
