General Purpose
The Care Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership support of the assisted living & memory care neighborhoods. The Care Supervisor is a working leader in the day to day operations directly supervising and assisting the care team and providing resident care and services, championing the designated care manager concept and the universal care manager model throughout the neighborhoods. Responsible for assisting in the recruiting, selection and training of team members and, creating schedules to be reviewed by supervising coordinator. The Care Supervisor is responsible for assisting the community team in maintaining high quality service standards throughout the community.
