Compensation and Benefits Director manages the design, implementation, administration, communication, and ongoing evaluation of the organization's compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures. Ensures that compensation and benefits programs support the organization's business objectives and meet all legal requirements. Being a Compensation and Benefits Director develops and manages compensation and benefits budgets. Oversees compensation processes, including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, base pay administration, incentive plan design and analysis. Additionally, Compensation and Benefits Director manages benefits planning and programs including health and welfare, retirement, and work life. May select and manage outsourced providers. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Compensation and Benefits Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Compensation and Benefits Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Responsibilities:

    • Present the employee benefits package to employees at quick-serve restaurants in your assigned territory
    • Educate employees on the value of employees benefits such as: healthcare, local coupons, credit management, and employee rideshare benefits
    • Encourage employees to enroll in the employee benefits program
    • Maintain strong relationships with individual restaurant managers to ensure ongoing support and communication
    • Manage your own schedule and work independently to achieve enrollment goals


    Qualifications:

    • This position is Ideal for individuals with experience in rideshare or delivery gig industry and looking to add income stability and improve their work-life balance
    • Enjoys working and helping people, able to display patience and kindness during service presentations. Sales or marketing experience is a plus
    • Highly proficient in English with excellent communication and presentation skills, bilingual ability is a plus
    • Ability to connect with and build trust among individuals from diverse backgrounds
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation and knowledge of geographics or a good use of mapping software such as Google Maps or others
    • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment such as fast food establishments
