Being a Community Development Representative develops an understanding of public programs and community needs to ensure effective community outreach and support development. Represents the institution within the community and is a resource for information about products and services that are available. Additionally, Community Development Representative adheres to all operational procedures and complies with Community Reinvestment Act and other regulations. Requires a bachelor's degree. About the role:
SIB is seeking an entrepreneurial-minded, energetic, results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. We are looking for an inside sales professional who is considered the best of their peers as an individual contributor. This position is for a high-caliber salesperson who is experienced in outbound sales, prospecting, setting meetings/demos, managing their sales pipeline and selling to executive stakeholders within large businesses. Core responsibilities include identifying and securing new clients while cross-selling SIB’s services to the family of companies under the SIB brand. The ideal candidate must have experience in outbound sales, preferably in a consulting or cost-reduction setting.

Compensation & Benefits:
The Company offers competitive compensation based on an applicant’s experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Formal compensation offers are based on final candidate qualifications and experience. For the position of Sales Development Representative (SDR), expected compensation is between $55,000 to $85,000, on an annual basis, plus bonus based on individual performance. This is an FLSA-exempt position and not eligible for overtime pay.
