Job Responsibilities:

• Daily administrative duties: phone answering, customer service calls and email support
• Scheduling and maintaining annual/semi-annual client strategy meetings as part of their service and support plan
• Managing and maintaining client ‘wish lists’ of future enhancements
• Strategically recommending web enhancements to drive internal client sales and to help clients reach their goals
• Facilitating client work requests
• Proactive follow-through with clients to ensure a high change request approval rate
• Daily bridging the communication gap between clients, production and other departments
• Primary contact for clients and responsible for their satisfaction
• Running a weekly “work request review” meeting
• Requesting Google and other review platform testimonials from clients
• Hosting “My JTech” website review and training meetings
• Administrative duties: answering the phone, confirming sales and service meetings for the Sales & Marketing Director
• Other administrative, and relationship management duties assigned by the Sales & Marketing Director and the President
• Participation in a leads group and networking events
• As needed offsite visits to clients
• Understand and effectively communicate recent technology changes in relation how they impact JTech and clients

Programs and Software:

• Web analytics programs, experience with a variety of CMS, SEMRush
• Adept in Numbers/Excel
• A Mac and Windows user
• Experience with flowcharting software

Qualifications:

• 5 years as an Account Manager, Account Executive, or Client Support Specialist for a tech, website design or marketing agency
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to produce writing samples and recent professional references
• May participate in pre-employment aptitude and personality tests provided by JTech
