    Your Responsibilities

    • Strategic responsibility for budget planning, turnover and contribution margin of the sales unit and its sales territories
    • Collaboration with Directors across the organization on further improvement and development of product portfolio
    • Generate new business by developing current sales channels (e.g. broadcast, entertainment, corporate accounts) and new clients in related business segments
    • Accountability and responsibility for the execution and achievement of the sales plan including customer acquisitions, generating offers, product presentations, contract negotiations and closing
    • Supporting key accounts and conducting contract negotiations
    • Strategic development of the product portfolio in close cooperation with Product Management and R&D
    • Close cooperation with the other business units of the RIEDEL Group, in particular Sales, Marketing and Project Management
    • Representation of the company at trade fairs and events
    • Successfully manage sales team


    THAT'S YOU

    • 5 years of successful sales management incl. proven sales track record in a relevant market field, ideally in the broadcast and entertainment market
    • Several years of relevant management experience and organisational responsibility in sales of capital goods, recurring business requiring explanation, ideally with personal network and knowledge in the IT, building or event technology sectors
    • Independent, process- and solution-oriented way of working.
    • Entrepreneurial personality who is understood and accepted by management, colleagues and staff as a thought leader in his/her field of expertise
    • Outgoing, strong powers of persuasion and assertiveness
    • Goal setting and directing with the ability to lead and develop qualified employees
    • Team player whose personality creates a winning spirit within the team and unites them to collaborate to deliver successful strategies
    • Ability to think across divisions and willingness to work closely with other divisions
    • Loyalty, high reliability
    • English (fluent to mother tongue– must have)
