- Job Description: 2.1 Academic requirements: Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Industrial Engineering, or related career. 2.3 Qualifications & Knowledge: - Microsoft Office. - Power BI. - Spending and savings analysis. - Annual expenses, expenses by suppliers and commodities. - Savings plans - Management of suppliers for 1 to 2 years. - Market research. 2.5 Abilities & Preferred Skills: - Sense of urgency. - Proactivity. - Negotiation. - Self-direction - Self-motivation. - Teamwork. - Effective and assertive communication - Available to travel. - Advanced English 7.0 General Objective Supply the indirect requirements of the departments that are related to production. 8.0 Duties & Responsibilities • Search for the best offers based on price with different suppliers to meet the needs of the various departments. • To register suppliers that have the capacity to supply the required materials through orders. • Analyze the market for commercial comparison between different suppliers. • Create purchase orders through the Oracle system. • Analyze purchase histories and create year to day comparisons. • Monitor the purchasing system and improve it based on feedback from approved requisitioners. • Provide support in general activities required by the department.
