Responsibilities :

• Deliver, Install, and uninstall "For Sale" signs and sign riders.
• Pick up and deliver documents, contracts, and other real estate-related materials to various locations.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of sensitive and confidential information.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with clients and colleagues.
• Maintain the security and integrity of all documents and materials during transit.

Qualifications :

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle for transportation.
• Physical ability to install signs.
• Knowledgeable of the local area and navigation skills.
• Ability to handle and deliver sensitive documents securely.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
