Job Summary
We're on the lookout for a talented Senior Loan Officer to join our team! As a Senior Loan Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in evaluating, authorizing, and recommending real estate, commercial, and credit loans. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive top-notch service while adhering to industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate loan applications and documentation to determine creditworthiness
- Maintain confidentiality and customer trust throughout the loan process
- Achieve financial goals through careful evaluation of loan applications
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with clients to negotiate loan terms and conditions
- Provide expert guidance to customers on loan processing procedures
- Utilize advanced accounting software to streamline loan applications
- Passionate about leadership and helping others succeed
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Basic understanding of TILA, RESPA, and other relevant regulations (training provided)
- Familiarity with loan origination software (training provided)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficient in basic math and accounting principles
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
- Pay Range: $134,145.00 - $157,683.00 per year
- Expected Hours: 30 - 50 per week
- Compensation Package: Bonus opportunities, Commission pay, Profit sharing
- Payment Frequency: 1099 contract
- Work Setting: Remote
