Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer jobs in Illinois

Versa Real Estate Services, a commercial real estate brokerage company, is looking for a commercial real estate sales associate that will be part of an experienced team and provide support for existing clients. Team members will also benefit from hands on training from leadership to generate new leasing, sale and tenant rep opportunities. The position is based out of Oakbrook Terrace IL.

What the job entails:

• Supporting the senior members of the team to best serve the companies clients
• Identifying future opportunities for the team
• Assisting in the marketing of properties
• Preparing proposals for potential clients
• Communicating, both written and verbal, with clients and prospects
• Attending industry events and building relationships within the industry
• Maintaining detailed records of leasing/sales activities in company’s CRM
• Learning from senior members while developing your own unique “brand”
• Researching commercial real estate market information

• Flexible mindset and capable of adapting in a fluid environment
• Strong communicator
• Tech savvy with an intimate familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
• Willingness and ability to learn new industry specific software programs
• Highly motivated with a willingness to collaborate with other team members
• Desire to become an expert in the commercial real estate field
• Experience with sales
• Relationship oriented with a long term approach to sales
• Ability to communicate and sell to prospects in person, over the phone and via email

Specific qualifications:

• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office 365, most notably Word and Excel
• 1 years of sales experience
• Financial modeling experience is a plus
• Must be able to travel to meetings throughout Chicagoland on a regular basis
• Commercial real estate experience strongly preferred
• Illinois real estate license preferred (all candidates MUST earn license prior to starting the position)
