- Exercise professional judgment to approve or deny applications based on thorough risk assessment.
- Maintain adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal guidelines.
- Collaborate with clients to negotiate favorable loan terms.
- Stay updated on emerging loan products and financial services.
- Uphold knowledge of all relevant Fair Housing regulations.
- Proficiency in mortgage servicing, credit analysis, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and navigate escrow processes.
- Sound understanding of financial sales, accounting software, and sales techniques.
- Familiarity with the duties and responsibilities of a loan officer.
Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $171,459.00 - $203,010.00 per year
