Commercial Loan Business Development Officer jobs in Montana

Position General Responsibilities:

This Position will be responsible for analyzing, originating, processing, and servicing existing and future consumer, commercial and construction loans.   This professional will work within the region to expand business relationships with existing customers, develop new business referral sources through a strong regional involvement, and develop new bank customers through personal contact and relationship development.   This position will have extensive public or telephone contact and is to conduct relationships in a manner that will enhance the overall marketing effort of the Bank by developing new/existing loan and deposit business relationships.

None.

Education, Experience and Certification Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

1. Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
2. 1-3 years consumer underwriting and /or lending experience.
3. Strong time-management skills with ability to work independently and to prioritize multiple tasks.
4. Basic knowledge of analyzing credit requests, collateral analysis, proper structuring and pricing of loans and collections.
5. Aptitude for business development.
6. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
7. Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Preferred:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or equivalent education/work experience.
    

Dimension of Job:

This position will be responsible for analyzing, processing, and servicing existing and future Ag, consumer, commercial and real estate loans. This professional will work within the region to expand business relationships with existing customers and develop new business referral sources through a strong regional involvement. This position will have extensive public or telephone contact and is to conduct relationships in a manner that will enhance the overall marketing effort of the Manhattan Branch.
