Duties:

- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, working closely with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify any issues or potential areas for improvement
- Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and financial reports for each property.
- Oversee the collection of rent payments and handle delinquencies

Experience/Skills:
- Previous experience in commercial property management or related field
- Strong knowledge of facilities management principles and practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and other relevant laws
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with real estate administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
- Ability to read and interpret lease agreements and other legal documents
- Proficiency in using property management software (Appfolio) for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and contract management.
