College President plans and directs all policies, objectives, and initiatives for a single campus or institution. Develops and implements university mission and vision. Being a College President oversees all financial, academic, and operational functions. Typically requires an advanced degree. Additionally, College President typically reports to Board of Trustee. Reporting to the President of the College, this position is responsible for all fundraising and alumni programs. The Vice President will provide leadership to build a successful advancement program through raising significant gifts, developing strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and building a culture of philanthropy to support the mission of Emmanuel College.
The Vice President will develop a vision, strategy and plan for advancement that secures new resources to support the College's goals and strategic priorities while working closely with senior administration to engage the Emmanuel community including faculty, staff, students, families and alumni in building understanding of the role of philanthropy.

Applicants should have a track record of success as a major and principle gift officer as well as a deep understanding of a broad range of advancement programs, including planned gifts, alumni relations and annual fund.
